Monique Lhuillier accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that eveningwear and bridal gowns must be returned in their original protective packaging to ensure garment integrity.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Secure Your Shipment

  Carefully place the items and the packing slip inside the original shipping box, ensuring all security tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
